Shoreline acts as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, each as amended ("HIPAA"), when providing medical administration services — including through our secure ATLAS portal — to covered entity clients. Our use and disclosure of PHI is governed by HIPAA and by the Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") we enter into with each client, not by this Privacy Policy. If you are a patient seeking information about how your health information is used or wish to exercise rights over your health records, please contact your healthcare provider directly; Shoreline responds to such requests as directed by, and in coordination with, the applicable provider under our BAA.

We collect information you give us when you fill out our contact form, book a meeting, sign up for our mailing list, submit a claim, execute documents electronically, or otherwise communicate with us.
